....Does the Skylane handle okay with all that hardware hanging on it? ? I thought that was an "Enviropod" beneath the fuselage.....
Surprisingly, aside from a small reduction in cruise airspeed and a little bit in climb, no ill effects at all, no asymmetric handling issues.
You'll most often see the "Skypod" on news media helicopters worldwide.
