Well done 'Chris' - I think you were right to stick to your guns & not answer the question on pilots.
The answer is too complicated to explain clearly, under pressure, to listeners who are unfamiliar with the history of the dispute.
I'm sure you're now thinking "Damn, wish I said...."etc, but you did well under some fairly unsympathetic questioning.
