Yes. Even though the changes to CC working practices are legal, BASSA is entitled to oppose them and call for IA in support of that opposition.
Whether they would be wise to do so is another matter.
Three straight defeats in the courts, an overwhelming defeat in the
PR war, and behind on points in the struggle for hearts and minds with other BA employees. If BA can break any strike, then the playing field will be permanently altered for BASSA. They really might be better off saving their firepower for a fight which actually counts.
