Could BASSA be concerned about the outcome of the court case and the strike vote, and are leaking this "result" in order to try and gain some much needed leverage in the closing stages of negotiations?
Whether or not the 'result' is known, that is most certainly the reason for the leak.
I still however believe that the leak is true, but its interesting that no numbers have been leaked with it. That could suggest its a small majority vote. Anyway, no doubt we'll find out for sure on Monday.
