Could BASSA be concerned about the outcome of the court case and the strike vote, and are leaking this "result" in order to try and gain some much needed leverage in the closing stages of negotiations?
Its a tactic that has been used before. Its just an alternative view point.
My personal expectation of outcome is a reduced yes vote, lower turn out, but a significant number voting yes to teach BA a lesson, but with the intention of still working.
