Old thread, but a good one, so worth resurrecting.
Here's a good flying book:
The Compleat Taildragger Pilot by Harvey S. Plourde.
Anyone thinking of flying taildraggers should get this book. Puts to bed the idea that taildragger bounces of 15 feet or more are due to 'stiff undercarriage' and many other good bits of advice are to be found in it. It's a really good intro to the theory of taildragger flying by an experienced taildragger instructor.
You won't find it in new bookshops though. Try abe.com or Amazon's Z shops.
Any other good books?
