Why would he have to covert his CPL to an Indian DGCA CPL??? He's considering Maun in Botswana, on the dark continent of Africa!
Anyway, back to the point, Maun (and everywhere else in Africa) is a very tightly shut shop. Experienced CPL's with more than double your hours and type rated on the C208 aren't even getting interviews, let alone jobs.
I see you don't mention an FI rating in your qualifications. Why don't you consider that? Rumour has it that the US is crying out for FI's. Instructing is one of the most rewarding things you could ever do.
