On a no-wind standart day at max TOM definitely not. The accelerate-stop-distance is the limiting factor. You'd have to be really light (somewhere around 11 tons max, and that limits your payload to zero) and have at least 5 knots of headwind to meet that requirement.

You could land with passengers, but you'd have to take off empty.

Doable, but not advisable...
