I know what you're trying to say and you seem like a decent guy/girl so i'll go easy. I don't know what intimidation BA is claiming against these 15 employers but i'd wager that its far in excess of what BA is asking of their crew.
They're certainly flexing their muscle (most non-crew would say quite rightly) but to compare it to intimidation is barking up the wrong tree.
