BTW to be absolutely correct some pilots MAY have triggered some overtime by doing the course on their days off. If they fly a full months work(ish) AND do a 3 day course they will probably get some overtime payable. For others they won't get a thing extra particularly if they drop a trip to do the course.
Certainly there is no bonus payable to every pilot who does the course.
