Does anyone else find it strange? Or maybe they could not find a venue, perhaps?
Could it be because the ballot is being run by a third party organization (Electoral Reform Services?) and it may take them a day or two to collate all the information before they release the results?
Knowing how much is riding on this I would imagine they'd be very careful to dot the I's and cross the T's.
