I don't think you have given the true picture with your post. As I understand our current contract remains as is, i.e our off days are not reduced. The reduction will only be for new contracts and contract renewals.
So if you don't want to renew on the new terms then it is your choice.
There are many of the foreign pilots who a very happy here at Air Astana, I'm not too sure that your exodus that you predict will take place. Losing 10 days out of 90 days, spread over a year is really not significant but the choice is yours.
