I think bmi have settled the pay issue with all exept the pilot workforce.
At the moment the company want us to sign away 2 years of pay increase for no redundancies in this round. Now it is going for a ballot of members to accept or reject.
I personally will reject this, as I feel redundancies are a slim risk. But bmi could also stand for bloody minded individuals and a certain DF from the hall may push for redundancies to prove a point.
Either way with a large number of people commuting huge distances with no prospect of ever getting their base choice(told in interview 3 to 6 months max) the money is a make or break issue.
