Nick, amongst many issues, perhaps it is time to rectify the unfairness contained within the annual increment for USAB. How do you justify nearly 60% less each year than all the other bases? Also, perhaps it has slipped your notice that the US dollar is near it's historic lows....meaning in real terms the USAB pilots are amongst the cheapest in the network. Time to address this issue...as you said you would last year.
