Help with Ryanair Sim assessment

Hi to everbody:

Has somebody been at Ryan sim assessment? I am about to apply, and I have some questions and I would appreciate any help..

-Which model is used ? 737-200 or 737-800 (I mean..is it glass cockpit?)
-Must (or Can) autopilot or autothrottle be used while being checked ? I don't mind either manually or not, but there is a little difference between them when training procedures and maneuvers at home
-Is Ryan currently recruiting..?I have heard that you can apply and sometimes they call you in a few days to appoint with you and assessment with only a few days in advance, and sometimes you can apply and never be called...
I’m thinking about hiring a sim (2, 3 or 4 hours) before applying, I have two choices, “Real simulation” with a 737-200 and “Virtual aviation” with a base fixed 737 (I think it is 737-NG), which one do you prefer or do you think is more suitable for RYR assessment?

Could somebody give me some advice or reference about these two sims, or about all the general assessment process??

Thank you in advance!!!!
