Do Airlines actually save money on track shortenings.
If they do, how much and is this mentioned anywhere
especially in their profit reports.
Why is it organisations like IATA do not even bother
to acknowledge this fuel saving efforts by ATC? Their reps go all over to campaign for 1 min savings per flight.
Correct me if I am wrong.
