For anyone considering this you WILL be much better off waiting for
VB.
VB have been recruiting and will need pilots. The requirements are the same. The pay and conditions at
VB are MUCH better.
If you join VA (as a CFO) with the bare minimum experience, you WILL eventually have to transfer to
VB.
