Usually the logbook will have instructions for completing it in the first couple of pages.

Each solo detail I send would have two lines, 1 for the flight with me with the student detailing his operating capacity as P. U/T, my name in the commanders column and the time in the dual or P2 column. The next line shows his POC as P1, the commanders name as 'SELF' or his name and the time in the P1 column.

As others have suggested, your CFI should have checked these against your training record before sending them off to the CAA.

As for re-doing it all - why bother? Simply remove all double entered times and then enter a new line after the last entry. Not seen anywhere that it says that all entries must be chronological...... (someones gonna prove me wrong now, you watch!)
