Once a pilot is type rated on the B757 he/she is also type rated on the B767. Some companies don't even offer any B757/767 difference training.
My difference training was 1 day of ground school including ETOPS training.
Perhaps you are aware of all this but then your wording is incorrect...just mentioning it
