Could it be the SBD production line at the Northrop Douglas Plant at El Segundo, California.
Clint, that's a very good guess and you're close - but no cigar yet.
Note that these are not SBD Dauntless'. Also, check the completion dates - I think Northrop's relationship with Douglas at El Segundo ended in 1937.
