I can only tell you first hand that the fleet is brand new, the DA-40s equipped with G1000 instruments and the DA-42NG with G1000 including the GFC700 autopilot (with LNAV/VNAV and FLCH for those Boeing users!).
I also know that the school is relatively young but at the same time eager and professional - the instructors have hundreds of hours on the B757 and B767 for example and know what Commercial Pilot Students need before the skill tests and even before applying at the airlines.
The prices are very competitive and you can negotiate deals on the housing - the more you buy - the more you get free in the package.
