hi... im an egyptian commercial pilot ..i want to have a written(frozen) ATP license from paris or anywhere in europe ...but im not 21 yet ..is that matters?? ...please if any could help !!
Hello mate..

To get your frozen ATPL (or in other words CPL + MEIR with ATPL theo), you just need to be 18 years old. To unfreeze it when you'll have 1.500 hrs (+ other requirements that I'n mot specifing now), you'll need to be 21; only at that point!
