a- the start of the de-icing procedure
b- the end of the de-icing procedure
c- when all ice deposits have been removed from the airframe
d- when the icing conditions have stopped affecting the aeroplane
I'd say here either answer A or B.
6) a majority of bird strikes occur :
a- during take-off
b- during landing
c- below 500 ft
d- on the wings
would say C.
