But from my source whose still with Cebu Pacific theres only 1 certifying engineer ( releasing mechanic ) per shift (most is 2) ..
i wonder how many flights you guys have now in a day.. back in the dc-9 757 days .. last terminating flight would be home at about 9 the latest..
current estimate is about 115 flights
so thats 115 / 3* = 38.xx ( 3*= shifts ) so 38 flightf for a type rated engineer.
38 / 9.5* = 4 (9.5*=number of hours per shift)
so thats 4 flights to be released by a type-rated engineer per hour. And that is if they come in equal intervals.
