Our CAA sends people overseas for training to (somehow) enhance safety. They comeback with this solution; make everybody ATCs and call them ATMOs. Now isn't that clever or what? Very safe indeed.
I wouldn't be surprised when one day I report for work and see the cleaner wearing a headset.
