THE plane which crashed in Bladon today had taken off from Oxford Airport, it has been confirmed.
Two people were killed in the crash.
James Godfray, who is responsible for development at the airport near Kidlington, said the plane, a Piper Navajo, took off at about 2pm.
He said: "It was doing a local flight. As far as I am aware it came down at about 2.12pm.
"It was nothing to do with training at the airport."
