I suggest doing it through a flight school- if you do your research quite a few are austudy approved. You might want to look into training academies running cadetships where they are more than likely to employ you on completion of your training.
As for the pay... well lets just say i could earn more at Mcdonalds. I think the pay across the board in GA is generally pretty low-If you want bread on the table you'll be best aiming for the airlines. On the upside its a really job so i wishe the best of luck
