Get organized. Consult your fellow airbus pilots; explain that the same thing could happen to them; ask them to support you by all calling in sick until the company corrects this outrageous employment policy. One interim solution might be for you to fly the equipment without a pay cut.
You all have to support each other, otherwise the company will walk all over you.
