As far as I can see it is considerably worse than the initial 80% or even 70% permanent part-year contract that was mentioned at interview. Not only is it fixed term, but it is only 7 months of flying, so for an FO looking at £23-24k for the summer. Better than nothing though - good luck to those still waiting on a response from Jet2 or waiting in the holding pool.
