Weathermap - do you have any advice as to how we can make our voices heard above the machine that is BASSA? For all their faults, the one thing they can do, bizarrely, is wind up the crew - how do we compete?
Papillion - I genuinely do get that feeling from my crew colleagues but then I do speak openly about how and why I think the Union have let us down, about the fact that I voted no, and that I would and always will cross the picket line. Are they just appeasing me? I don't think so otherwise they would just say nothing. Most seem quite relieved to actually be able to talk about the Union in an alternative way! Perhaps others are just toeing the line (note spelling Desertia lol) and don't feel the environment is safe to express the alternative view?
You cannot underestimate how scared crew feel about saying anything against this bullying, intimidating force that call themselves a Union.
