British Airways Cabin Crew Industrial Action
We write to inform you that, pursuant to the trade dispute between us, Unite
intends to ballot its cabin crew members employed by you, on whether they
wish to take industrial action.
This ballot will be conducted early in the New Year.
To assist us in complying with our statutory obligations, and in providing you
with the most accurate information possible concerning the ballot, kindly
confirm the names, leaving dates and employee number, of those employees
who will be leaving the company's employment between now and the end of
April.
We further request that you provide such information as you possess in regard to
those either leaving your employment or transferring between NSP
constituencies on an ongoing monthly basis hereafter.
We look forward to hearing from you as a matter of urgency.
