Can only guess the company has made sure the injunction fails.

The last thing the company wants is for the strike to be called off.

The union may call off the strike if it wakes up in time, but a long history of running companies and calling the shots is hard to walk away from, BA CC union is at that so called tipping point.

The long term future of the company needs CC T+Cs to be reduced big time, the company can then move on to reduce many many other staff who have similar or better T+Cs than the CC.

And as for a time and place, this is neither. "JL" respect to all involved, many lessons learned, can only guess many many lives also saved, Respect to all.
