I'd like to apologise to all our loyal passengers and colleagues in BA in view of the Strike on the 22nd. I was off duty from the 24th till the 29th of December and also over New Year, but sadly have cancelled Christmas to operate any flight I can to help BA maintain our operation. I never thought I'd ever say this, but for the first time in 26 years, I feel embarrassed to say I'm BA cabin crew.
So very sad to see one the greatest British iconic brands being destroyed.
