He seemed to be of the view that if BASSA could show it was a genuine error then the result would probably stand, but, if hs been alledged, BASSA knew of this error but carried on regardless they (BASSA/Unite) could be on very shaky ground.
I wonder why the BA management went to such lengths to inform BASSA of this potential problem then? Additionally giving them the option to rescind the ballot as well.

Could be a long night in the Unite offices trying to figure out how the compensation bill will be paid and how all of the other Unite members who have nothing to do with BASSA and many who earn a lot less for more work will react to paying for all this madness.

Ouch.
