Main problem for BASSA (according to Legal talking head) may well be the issuing of ballot papers to those due to leave the Company prior to any possible IA. He seemed to be of the view that if BASSA could show it was a genuine error then the result would probably stand, but, if has been alledged, BASSA knew of this error but carried on regardless they (BASSA/Unite) could be on very shaky ground.
