I know this won't be popular, but BA cabin crew are really shooting themselves in the foot over this.
Strike by all means, but you HAVE to TRY and keep the public onside.
Any sympathy you had (and you had plenty) has been lost because of the decision to strike over Christmas.
I'll be interested to see what happens in the next few months but I would bet my mortgage that many of the BA cabin crew who have voted for this action won't have a job with BA this time next year because if this strike goes ahead, then we could well be witnessing the beginning of the end of British Airways.
