A slight exaggeration. "3 crew are coming off some Airbus services" would be technically correct but sufficiently vague to mislead. Some routes
when they are operated by the A319 now have three crew whereas previously the same route would have had up to six
on the A321.
In practice, the minimum crew level on the A321 is now 5.
