Got a PFO without the 'P' by email recently (2 months after applying).
75-76 rated, 76 last type flown, 750 hours on type, early enough in my career to be considered "cheap" and willing to commit if it was reciprocated.
Don't know what they go for in their selection criteria. If its hours, previous employer or it could even be integrated or modular, the market is that fluid at present they can be ultra choosy.
