Dear JetSet Lady. Do not underestimate your customers. I have bookings on BA in the next few weeks for which alternatives are available. Most of them on Hi-J's which still have excellent service, despite CSDs now having to work. I do not intend to rebook because I do not want to give in to the unions who apparently are striking to protect customer service.
