The reason why cabin crew will return a massive yes vote is because they don't want to end up in a job with no prospects of promotion and declining wages. With BA wanting to transform the airline into a low cost operation the only option open for cabin crew is to take industrial action to protect terms and conditions. Take away 30-40% of anyones wages no doubt you would want to stand up and fight.
