Post Converting UK JAR CPL to NZ CPL

Hi, my family and I are considering moving to New Zealand in the next 12 months as part of a job move (none flying related). I would however one day like to fly for a living and have recently completed my UK (JAR) ATPL exams and will hopefully have my CPL by the end of July this year. Can anyone tell me whether the JAA CPL with ATPL exams is convertible to the New Zealand CPL and if so what additional requirements I might have to undertake. I currently have approx 550 hrs most of which has been built up doing Para dropping in the UK on the C185 (tail dragger). If it is possible to convert, and not withstanding the fact that there are precious few pilot jobs anywhere at the moment, what are the chances of gaining some part-time flying (Para dropping, aerial photography, crop spraying, site seeing etc) in NZ given my experience. Thanks in advance. DD
