This airline will now have career FOs. So they could be on the final pay scale for DECADES !! So once you reach the top of the scale that is it. Then inflation will take 3-4% per year until you are making a lot less than industry standard.
SOs have the good fortune to get fired if they do not make it on to the FO pay scale.
