Excellent news to see the return of Bournemouth; there had been an obvious gap in the bmibaby summer schedule for additional flights to the Island. As mentioned on other threads, the flights are likely to operate 3x weekly on Monday/Friday/Saturday with an East Midlands based aircraft. It is an interesting route development and obviously good for tourism, but who knows how long it is likely to last.
Flybe have also added flights to Glasgow on Tuesdays and Thursdays alongside the usual Saturday flights. Birmingham appears to go 4x daily on Mondays/Wednedays/Fridays. There are also some additional frequencies to Manchester.
