It's nothing more than a TB20GT, with engine and other bits missing.

It has a certain break-up value - probably about £50k - but expect it to take years to sell everything.

Being an ex training plane, you can bet on minimal maintenance Also you can bet on some dodgy avionics, the sort of thing which an IFR owner would never tolerate at this price level. OTOH there is a limit to how badly wrecked a 9 year old aluminium airframe can possibly be.

As a rebuild project, it would be a job for somebody seriously knowledgeable on the type, due to the potential for little gotchas. The "problem" is that you can buy a mint 2002 (the latest one made) TB20GT for about £150k (give or take, according to equipment like TKS etc) and that puts an upper limit on how much you would want to spend on rebuilding this one. It would be an interesting project, rebuilding this with say a Garmin 500 and all other new stuff would improve the economics, but it would take a year or more and you would need a hangar to work in in the meantime.
