I'm sure IO540 will be around in a minute telling us that a TB20 can, in fact, be used as a one-bedroom flat
I have never tested mine in a "bedroom" mode, so couldn't comment
The text is meaningless - straight out of some sales brochure. Clicking on the image doesn't do anything for me.
Anyway, S/N 2019 is listed
here. It is an early TB20GT. What it is worth depends on the equipment. Is the Euro 65k the asking price?
Googling on the tail number digs out the usual stuff e.g.
this. Googling on
Socata TB20
etc also digs out general info.
If everything firewall forward is missing, you are looking at Euro 60-100k to finish it. That is quite a lot since you can buy a complete and very nice TB20GT from say 2002 for Euro 170k or so. And the early GTs (at a guess, 2000-2050) came with somewhat odd avionics configurations, presumably because Socata were trying to use up old stock.
But it could cost much more - presumably the engine didn't just fall off and go missing....
Could be worth something if broken up for parts. Things like the doors, the roof, etc can be "priceless".
