Spitballing here but..... USAAC training station in Texas or the western US. USAF in 51-53 for Korea build up.
Large parade field suggests a basic training/commissioning station. Distance from ramps to runways suggests it was designed for multi-engines. The 2 layer hangaring scheme is interesting for a war expansion field tho. Not the norm.
A navigator/bombardier training field?
