The pension is actually irrelevant for the vast majority of Cabin Crew as it's such a poor scheme - I have worked for BA for 22 years and my total pension earned to date is £10,572 at 55 my pension is forecast to be £14,566 per annum and at age 60 £21,992 per annum.
Hardly life changing sums given that I would have done 35 years service at 55!
