ripanrocks some schools charge 3000 non refundable fee... like ariben... but i think if you check with PEA... they will take 3000 for deposit to issue you a visa...
and i think lately 3 schools from the 7 flight schools providing J1 ... now they got accepted for the F1.
so watch the news... u will hear about them soon ...maybe first of the year
