UCHY, May I suggest you get a look at the 737 FCTM, section flight with unreliable airspeed or flight in terminal area. This will give you guideline pitch power settings at various weights and configs.
For a sim ride, perhaps flap 5 level flight, and then the settings with the
progressive flap to the glide and then on the slope.
Generally,the 737 keeps a constant power through the flaps on a decelerated approach, with pitch varying just a few degrees. On the glide 56% NI works
