In the ideal world the position of S/O could be phased out and just have 2 F/Os.
Entry level becomes A320 F/O
Unfortunately that is NEVER going to happen.
While the first frame is arriving relatively soon, the fleet is being introduced over the next 5 or 6 years so I cant see too many being displaced. There just might not be too much new hiring....
